Below you’ll find current tuition, payment options, and fees for WHPS Elementary, Preschool, and Toddler programs.
2026–2027 rates are currently in effect. 2027–2028 tuition and fees will be published in November 2026.
Elementary
2026–2027 Elementary Tuition
Elementary tuition covers the school year from August 17, 2026 through June 4, 2027. Morning Extended Care beginning at 7:00 a.m. is included.

Elementary Payment Plans
Enrollment note: Registration is a commitment to the full annual tuition for the school year. Families may pay the annual tuition in full or use the 10-payment plan outlined below.
Registration fee: 10% of annual tuition. The remaining 90% of annual tuition is due August 1.
Includes a 2% service charge. Ten installments total, with the registration fee serving as one installment and nine monthly installments due August through April.

Preschool & Toddler
2026–2027 Preschool Tuition
Preschool and Toddler tuition covers the school year from August 17, 2026 through August 15, 2027, with schedules designed around the needs of young children and families.
Preschool tuition varies by your child’s age and program, schedule, and number of days enrolled. Morning care beginning at 7:00 a.m. is included. Children should arrive before the start of their scheduled program day.

Program begins at 9:00 a.m. Morning care is included beginning at 7:00 a.m.; children should arrive before the program start time.
Program begins at 9:00 a.m. Families may choose Morning Half Day, Full Day, or Extended Day.

Financial Aid & Child Care Assistance

CCRC Child Care Assistance
Our Preschool accepts CCRC child care assistance for eligible families. Coverage varies by family and schedule, and CCRC may cover some, but not all, of WHPS tuition.
Our team can help families understand how CCRC works with WHPS tuition and billing.
Financial Aid
WHPS offers need-based financial aid to current and newly enrolled families. For new families, awards are generally limited to 10–15% of tuition and are determined based on demonstrated financial need and the funds available for financial aid.
Families requesting assistance may submit a financial aid application and supporting documents with their regular admissions application and fee. Any award decision is provided with the admissions decision, so families have the full picture before deciding whether to enroll. Additional resources are prioritized for current families experiencing unexpected financial hardship to help maintain continuity for the child whenever possible.
