Important Dates
Families interested in Fall 2027 admission are encouraged to apply by December 4, 2026.
Submit the application and begin the admissions process.
Family interviews and student assessments take place during this period.
Registration for first-round offers is due January 22, 2027.
Four Simple Steps
You do not need to complete everything at once. Begin with the application, and our admissions team will guide you through what comes next.
Submit an Application
Choose the application that applies to your child and submit the completed form to Admissions@WHPSchool.com .
New Student Application Current WHPS Preschool Student ApplicationOnce your application is processed by the school office, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your 1Core Family Portal and submit the application fee.
Request a Teacher or Director Evaluation
Complete the family portion of the appropriate evaluation form and give it to your child’s current teacher, school, or preschool director.
TK & Kindergarten Evaluation Grades 1–5 EvaluationThe school should return the completed evaluation directly to WHPS at Admissions@WHPSchool.com.
Family Interview & Student Assessment
New families will be contacted to schedule a family interview and student assessment.
For children currently enrolled in WHPS Preschool, the assessment is completed during the school day. The admissions team will contact the family if any additional meeting is needed.
Admissions Decision & Enrollment
Admissions decisions are sent by email.
Families accepting an offer complete the annual enrollment contract and submit the applicable registration payment to secure the child’s space.
Annual tuition plan: 10% of tuition is due at registration.
Monthly tuition plan: the first installment is due at registration.
