Select the application for the school year in which you would like your child to begin.

Starting Through Summer 2027

2026-2027 Preschool Application

Use this application for a start date during the current school year, August 17, 2026 through Summer 2027.

New School Year Begins August 16, 2027

2027-2028 Preschool Application

Use this application for children beginning with the 2027-2028 school year, which starts August 16, 2027. Families may reserve an available space now.

Waiting for a space this school year? If you are joining a waitlist in case a space becomes available before August 16, 2027, use the 2026-2027 application.
View 2026-2027 Tuition & Fees
2027-2028 tuition rates will be published in November 2026. Annual tuition adjustments are typically modest, and families do not need to wait for the new rates to reserve an available space.
How to Apply

Four Simple Steps

Once you’re ready to apply, the rest is straightforward.

Submit Your Application

As soon as you are ready to enroll, complete the application for your intended start date. You may email it to Registration@WHPSchool.com or give it directly to your Preschool Director.

Set Up Your Family Portal

Once your application is processed, you’ll receive an email to set up 1Core, our family portal, and pay the application fee.

We Confirm Your Space

We’ll confirm your child’s program placement, start date, and available space.

Complete Enrollment & Reserve Your Space

Complete the electronic enrollment forms in the family portal and submit the $800 reservation fee to secure your child’s space.

Reservation-fee terms are included in the application.

A Note About Program Readiness

Potty Training & Readiness for Children 3 and Older

For children entering our 3–4 Year Old Program or Early Transitional Kindergarten (ETK), there are a few age-level readiness expectations, including potty training. The guides below explain what readiness looks like for each program.

3-4 Year Old Program

Turning Three by September 1

Children entering this program in the fall must turn three by September 1 and meet the program’s developmental readiness expectations.

Turning Four by September 1

Children entering Early TK in the fall must turn four by September 1 and meet the Early TK developmental readiness expectations.

Before attendance: All entrants must provide complete medical information and immunization documentation signed by a physician.
