Sienna Ramsdell

Sienna began her career in education in 2020 and joined WHPS in 2026. Her experience spans early childhood through upper elementary, including classroom teaching in both Kindergarten and fourth grade.
Sienna brings particular strengths in understanding individual learners and using assessment and observation to determine what each student is ready to learn next. She believes in creating engaging, project-based learning experiences that provide the right balance of support and challenge while encouraging students to think deeply, take intellectual risks, and grow with confidence. Sienna holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Western Governors University.

My mission is to create a calm yet exciting classroom environment where children feel a sense of belonging. I strive to promote curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning while supporting every student in growing academically, socially, and emotionally. Most of all, I want to build a classroom community where students feel safe, valued for who they are, and encouraged to share their unique abilities.
