Roxana joined WHPS in 2018 and holds a master's degree in Child and Family Studies and a bachelor's degree in Child Development. Before becoming Co-Director, she served as Lead Teacher for the Oxnard Campus Two- and Three-Year-Old Program, where she became a mentor to fellow teachers and developed deep expertise in early childhood development, play-based learning, and meaningful partnerships with families. She is also a proud WHPS parent.

As Co-Director, Roxana works closely with Christine to lead the day-to-day life of the Oxnard Campus. She supervises and coaches teachers, supports curriculum and classroom practice, and partners closely with families throughout the preschool years. Her collaborative leadership style, strong understanding of child development, and experience as both a WHPS educator and parent help foster a community where children are known, families feel supported, and teachers continue to grow professionally.
