Robin has worked in the field of early childhood education for over 35 years and joined WHPS in 2010. She holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has served as a Preschool Director since 1992, including 13 years as an Executive Director overseeing multiple early childhood programs. Since joining WHPS, she has led the Collins Campus preschool program and played an instrumental role in launching the school's Toddler Program. She is also a proud WHPS parent.

Drawing on more than three decades of educational leadership, Robin provides leadership for all aspects of the Collins Campus preschool program, overseeing curriculum, instruction, faculty development, admissions, and the day-to-day operation of the school. Known for her thoughtful instructional leadership and unwavering commitment to educational excellence, she works closely with teachers to thoughtfully plan curriculum, refine lesson design, and continually strengthen classroom practice, ensuring every learning experience is purposeful, engaging, and carefully matched to each child's strengths, interests, and developmental readiness. She partners closely with families throughout the preschool years and has helped cultivate the exceptional teaching, meaningful relationships, and individualized approach that have become hallmarks of the WHPS preschool experience, preparing children with the confidence, curiosity, and strong academic foundation to thrive in the WHPS elementary program and beyond.
