Maddi began her career in education in 2015 and has served in a range of teaching and leadership roles from early childhood through elementary, including positions as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Director. She holds a BA in Education from Prescott College, with a minor in English. Maddi joined the WHPS team in 2025, creating a warm, engaging environment where young learners are supported through developmentally appropriate teaching and a strong focus on social-emotional growth. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and values creating an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom.
