Prior to joining WHPS in 2026, Lee spent more than 25 years in K–12 education, building a career in school leadership, operations, and administration. Her passion for independent education grew from a desire to provide her own children with an enriching and challenging school experience. Inspired by that commitment, she founded and operated a private K–12 school before helping launch and grow another K–12 school, where she developed operational systems, supported faculty and staff, and helped guide the school's growth from its earliest years. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy. 

As Director of Business Operations, Lee oversees the school operations that support the daily life of WHPS. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, it touches nearly every aspect of the school experience—from the front office, family accounts, campus operations, and facilities to the many services that keep the school running smoothly. By continually strengthening these essential functions, Lee helps ensure the school operates efficiently and families receive responsive, high-quality service, allowing teachers and school leaders to focus their time and energy on educating, supporting, and inspiring each child to reach their fullest potential.
