Erin began her career in education in 2010 and joined WHPS in 2026. Before coming to WHPS, she spent seven years at MUSE Global School, teaching first through third grade and serving as a staff developer and trainer.

Erin brings particular strength in understanding each student as both a learner and an individual, and using that understanding to help children reach their fullest potential. She is skilled at recognizing what students are ready for next and providing the depth, acceleration, and support that allow gifted, high-achieving, and developing learners to continue growing. Erin holds an M.A. in Education from National University and a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from CSUN, and brings extensive experience both in the classroom and leading professional development for other educators.
