Ailin.Sacks@WHPSchool.com
Ailin has worked in the field of education since beginning her career at WHPS in 2009. She holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree in Human Services and is currently completing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Since 2015, she has also served as a Certified Developmental Screener with Child Development Institute. She is a proud WHPS parent.
As Executive Director, Ailin provides leadership across both WHPS preschool campuses, overseeing curriculum, instruction, and program quality while supporting the growth and development of teachers and school leaders. As WHPS's child development specialist, she partners closely with families through complimentary developmental screenings, a distinctive service that helps ensure children are progressing as expected, informs the individualized approach that is central to the WHPS program, and helps guide families toward additional resources or evaluations when they may benefit a child's continued growth. She also plays a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and developing the exceptional educators who bring the WHPS preschool program to life.
