Performing Students
Admission for performers is free and no ticket is required.  Performers must enter through the Artist Entrance and not the main lobby. Please review the “Artist Entrance Drop-Off” information in the “Additional Important Information” section below.

Ticketing Fees
Please note that each venue has its own ticketing and credit card fees that will be applied at checkout.

Additional Important Information

Select Classes Close Early

January 22, 2026

• 12:30 PM - Preschool ETK and all Elementary classes close in preparation for the show.
• Remaining Open - Preschool Toddlers, Terrific Twos, and Thriving Threes.

Artist Entrance Drop Off

Please be on time or early! Plan an extra 15-30 minutes to find/pay for parking and walk over to the venue.

All students must be dropped off at the Artist Entrance / Drop-Off area no later than 15 minutes before the show begins to ensure they are with their class and ready to go.

Drop Off Times

3:30-3:45 PM - Elementary & Preschool ETK Show (Theater doors open at 3:30 PM)
9:30-9:45 AM - Thriving Threes (Theater doors open at 9:30 AM)

Parent Tip: Quick drop-offs are always the best. As soon as your child has been dropped off, please go and find your seat in the audience. The class needs time to collectively prepare for their performance, so do not stay with your child or go backstage.

Drop Off Locations

Drop off is to the left of the lobby entrance and box office:

The Plaza del Sol Performance Hall – California State University, Northridge (CSUN)
The Artist Entrance is at the back / right-side of the theater. After drop-off, please follow the blue route below to reach the lobby entrance (up the stairs).

Note: The theater has an item check station in the lobby for large bags, backpacks, flowers, and large gift items. Families can pick up their items after the show.

During the Show

We ask that you remain in your seat and out of the aisles for the entire duration of the show.  If you need to enter/leave the theater during the show, please do so in between performances to avoid disruptions to other families.

  • All of the students will come back on stage for the finale.

  • Please limit your conversations during the program.

  • No food or drink is allowed in the theater.

  • The show will be professionally videotaped.  We ask for everyone’s cooperation in not walking in front of the film crew.

Pickup

After the finale, classes will be dismissed at the Artist Entrance area where drop off occured. Children will only be released to a recognized adult.
