    *The 2’s Winter Show (Rooms 1, 11 & 12) will take place at the Oxnard Campus Stage on Friday, December 20, 2024 @ 10 am.

  • 1:00 - 2:30 PM

    12:30 PM - Doors open & student drop-off

  • 3:30 - 5:00 PM

    3:00 PM - Doors open & student drop-off

Ticket Sales Information

$16.00* per person

  • Children 2 years old and under:  No ticket is required if sharing a seat with a parent or guardian.

  • Students performing:  Admission for performers is free and no ticket is required.  Performers must join their teachers and classrooms when they arrive at the A-PAEC.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:

  • Tickets go on sale:  November 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM

  • Purchases will be limited to 10 tickets per family until December 9, 2024 when additional tickets will be available for purchase.  Please purchase only the number of tickets that you need to ensure there is seating for all families.

  • All tickets are sold through the A-PAEC.

Video Orders

Richard Andert’s video team is capturing WHPS’ Winter Show performances in multiple 4K camera angles and high-quality sound.

Available formats:

  1. Streaming/Download ($35.00) - Hi-Definition 4K streaming and download link in .mp4 format.

  2. Bluray ($45.00 w/postage & handling) - 1080p definition.

  3. DVD ($45.00 w/postage & handling) - 480i definition.

Additional Important Information

WHPS will close at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, December 13 to prepare for the Winter Show the following day.

  • All children should be dropped off with their teachers no later than 15 minutes before the show begins.  There will be signs posted to guide you once you enter the A-PAEC lobby.

    Quick drop-offs are always the best. As soon as your child has met their teacher, please go and find your seat in the audience. The class needs time to collectively prepare for their performance, so do not stay with your child or go backstage.

    • 10:00 AM Oxnard Preschool Show (Doors open at 9:30 AM.  Drop-off between 9:30-9:45 AM)

      • Oxnard Rooms 2 & 3 - Drop off to the hallway left of the lobby.

      • Oxnard Rooms 4-7, 10 - Enter the theater through the right doors and drop off in front of the stage.

    • 1:00 PM Elementary Show (Doors open at 12:30 PM. Drop-off between 12:30-12:45 PM)

      • Oxnard Rooms 8, Bells Group 1, Student MCs - Drop off to the hallway left of the lobby.

      • Oxnard Rooms 9, 15-19 - Enter the theater through the right doors and drop off in front of the stage.

    • 3:30 PM Collins Preschool Show (Doors open at 3:00 PM. Drop-off between 3:00-3:15 PM)

      • Collins Rooms 2 & 4 - Drop off to the hallway left of the lobby.

      • Collins Rooms 5-10 - Enter the theater through the right doors and drop off in front of the stage.

    • We ask that you remain in your seat and out of the aisles for the entire duration of the show.  If you need to enter/leave the theater during the show, please do so in between performances to avoid disruptions to other families.

    • All of the children will come back on stage for the finale.

    • Please limit your conversations during the program.

    • No food or drink is allowed in the theater.

    • The show will be professionally videotaped.  We ask for everyone’s cooperation in not walking in front of the film crew.

  • 2-Year-Olds ONLY (for the 3:30 PM Collins show) - Mandatory early pickup

    • Collins Rooms 2 & 4 - We will have a 5-minute intermission right after the 2-year-old’s dance performance.

    • Please pick up your child in the lobby during the intermission.

    • You and your child are welcome to watch the remainder of the show from your seat.

    All Other Classes

    • After the finale, classes will go to the dismissal and refreshment area (outside the building in front of the lobby doors) where they will meet you. Children will be released to a recognized adult only.

    • Refreshments will be served immediately following each performance.
