Our Curriculum
Striving to recognize and develop each student’s unique traits, the curriculum at Woodland Hills Private School is based on an interactive, hands-on approach to learning.  Designed to promote independence, critical thinking skills and creativity, the curriculum integrates each subject area with all the other areas of study.  The enriched academic program provides for the development of strong cognitive skills, positive self esteem, cooperative learning skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, and the application of these skills to the real world.

The enriched curriculum at Woodland Hills Private School allows each child to explore and grow at their own pace.  Each day provides opportunities for skills building, verbal and written communication, perceptual development, physical and intellectual development, and social interaction through the use of learning centers, a variety of materials, as well as one on one, small group, and large group instruction.
